Preparation: To experience the full flavour, we recommend cutting the roast into 1cm thick slices and frying them with sufficient oil on both sides for about 30 seconds. Moreover, Vegusto plant-based roasts are a real delicacy when breaded before frying adding a very special highlight to any dinner table.
For a more traditional approach the roast can be baked in a pre-heated oven at 150 deg C for 20 to 25 mins. During cooking, moisten the roast occasionally with gravy or oil, to avoid from getting too dry. It's best brush after 7 mins and again after 15mins and then cover with foil to keep roast more moist.
