We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return a non-perishable item (chilled goods cannot be returned), we try to make the returns process as simple as possible. You will be asked to return the goods, unopened with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of receiving. Unfortunately in those circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.
If your order is damaged on arrival please sign for it as damaged. If there is interior damage please take a digital photograph and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the consignment number of your parcel so that we, in turn, can validate the claim for the damage from our courier.
Your statutory rights are not affected
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at:http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/consumer_affairs/consumer_protection/consumer_rights/distance_selling.html
